Jeannie is the Uncle's council.

Jeannie has only one objective: getting the head of the crime family off. She won't refrain for using sex as a mean. Her main quest is about turning the tables and making her want the player more than he wants her.

On week days, during both work periods at the Cock and bull, Jeannie is there. She goes home at 24 every night. All other times and all day on weekends she is in random locations. With one exception. She is at the Strip club only on Saturday nights from 22 to 24. also on Fridays and wednesdays, no matter where she is, when the player enters the Cock and bull, the weekly performance review will play.
