Detective Jane Lowe is a dirty cop on the Uncle's pay roll.
She is a Jane trust based character. You will have the choice to either work with her and get some side actions. Or work against her and betray her for both leverage to slave her and get better Police reputation.

On week days, during both work periods at the Cock and bull, Jane is there. She goes home at 24 every night. All other times and all day on weekends she is in random locations. With one exception. She is at the Strip club only on Saturday nights from 22 to 24. also on Fridays and wednesdays, no matter where she is, when the player enters the Cock and bull, the weekly performance review will play.
