Ms Powers is one of the 3 teachers from the University Path. Ms Powers's house is located in the Residential district.

Weekdays from 8 to 17 she is in her classroom. From 17 to 22 she is in random locations. From 22 on she is in her house. On weekends from 7 to 22 she is in random locations. From 22 on she is in her home. Her interactions, for story reasons, do not unlock until stage one of her main quest is completed.
